Directions
From Edinburgh, & the East, take the M9 to Stirling, exiting at Junction 9 - Stirling Services
From Glasgow and west, Take M80 to Stirling exiting at Junction 9 -Stirling Services
From Perth, & the north, take the A9/M9 to Stirling, exiting at Junction 9 - Stirling Services |
| From Stirling Services Roundabout, take exit signposted "Bannockburn Heritage Centre" & "Whins of Milton"(A872) Follow this road for approx 1 mile (past the
Pirnhall Inn, Morrisons Garage, Klondyke Garden Centre & 1314 Pub) until you cross a Zebra Crossing. Just after this turn LEFT at the Tourist Board Sign for Swanswater Fishery.
*Stay on this road,

note below) passing through the village of
"Chartershall" crossing over the motorway until you come to the "Y"
junction where you take the right-hand fork. 50 yards up
this road turn right onto the track leading to the

to the motorway bridge being closed on this road follow
the diversion signs by turning left (signposted for
North Third Trout Fishery) and following the road until
it crosses the motorway, then turn immediately right and
follow the road until you come to a junction. Take
second left and follow the signs to Swanswater
fishery. Please note that the Chartershall road will be
closed for repairs until March 2007 and accordingly the
above diversion will remain on until then. |
